DURATION
The internship program spans 10 weeks, providing interns with a comprehensive understanding of various aspects of roofing.

1. ORIENTATION
- Introduction to the organization, its mission, and safety protocols.
- Overview of the roofing industry and its significance.
2. EDUCATIONAL WORKSHOPS
- Classroom sessions covering roofing fundamentals, materials, and safety.
- Hands-on training with tools, equipment, and roofing technologies.
3. SITE VISITS
- Interns will visit ongoing roofing projects to observe and understand real-world applications.
- Opportunities to interact with project managers, supervisors, and experienced roofers.
4. MENTORSHIP
- Each intern will be paired with an experienced roofer as a mentor.
- Regular one-on-one sessions to discuss progress, challenges, and career guidance.
5. HANDS-ON ROOFING EXPERIENCE
- Interns will actively participate in roofing projects under supervision.
- Exposure to various roofing materials, installation techniques, and repair processes.
6. SAFETY TRAINING
- Comprehensive training on safety practices and adherence to OSHA guidelines.
- Emergency response procedures and first aid training.
TRAINING & CERTIFICATION
PROJECT ASSIGNMENT
Interns will be assigned a small roofing project under the guidance of their mentor. This hands-on project allows interns to apply their knowledge and skills in a controlled environment.
ASSESSMENT & FEEDBACK
Regular evaluations will be conducted to assess interns’ progress. Constructive feedback will be provided to help interns enhance their skills and address areas for improvement.*

Upon successful completion of the internship, participants will receive a certificate recognizing their commitment and achievements during the program.
