MODIFIED BITUMEN
Modified Bitumen roofing adds overlapping construction for improved strength. We teach you how to roll out the materials in overlapping layers then merge them with a torch or adhesive material. Finally, a reflective coating is added for lower heat absorption and better durability.
SILICONE/ELASTOMERIC COATING
Silicone/elastomeric coatings are immune to moisture and the damages it causes. It is made of an impermeable membrane that resists rain and ponding water and prevents mold, even under pressure.
SINGLE-PLY TPO/PVC
PVC roofing uses polyvinyl chloride, the same material found in plastic plumbing pipes, to join the seams between roofing sheets. Once installed using a specialized heat gun, adhesives, or fasteners, a TPO/PVC roof becomes nearly impervious to moisture, damage, and wear over time.
